Terms and Conditions
The Southcourt Letting Agency Business Package and/or Property Website are/is supplied on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and any Schedule attached thereto and no variation of the same is accepted unless expressly agreed in writing by Southcourt Property Services. Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. RIGHT TO REFUSE
Southcourt Property Services reserves the right to refuse to accept any order received from any person/s or organisation without explanation.
2. PERMITTED USE
All material, information and services supplied may be used solely by the purchaser in connection with their own single branch letting agency business from one single location. No part may at any time be sold, resold, gifted, passed on, transferred, licenced, or possession parted with in any way to any other person/s or organisation without the express written permission of Southcourt Property Services.
For purchasers of our website package, we will provide hosting and support for the period agreed at the time of purchase and advertised at that time on our website depending on the price paid. At the end of the included hosting period, a competitive rate of just £100 per year plus vat will be payable in advance on an annual basis for our web hosting and email services. This will include continued use of the property database engine and portal feed software. In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your website and hosting services at any time and for any reason, you may do so with no further hosting payment obligations.
3. CONFIDENTIALITY
The purchaser agrees to keep confidential and not disclose to any other person/s or organisation all information, working methods, marketing techniques, trade secrets and systems that are learned through the operating manual, documentation, software, support line, update services, and referral network supplied.
4. SEPARATE ENTITY
Any business that the purchaser sets up will be a separate legal entity to Southcourt Property Services. The trading name must not include the word 'Southcourt'.
5. COPYRIGHT
All material and information supplied, whether in print, electronic, verbal or pictorial, is protected by copyright. Any copying, reproduction, transmission or distribution of all or any part of the material or information supplied by any means whatsoever including electronic and verbal without the express written permission of Southcourt Property Services is strictly prohibited. All rights are reserved worldwide.
6. DISCLAIMER
All material, information and services are offered and supplied with the intention of providing a convenient and fast track entry route into the business of residential letting and property management, and are based on the publisher's own experience in the business. The publisher is not a solicitor and none of the material and/or information is intended as a detailed commentary on any law, and should therefore not be acted upon without taking specific legal advice. Whilst all reasonable care has been and will be taken to ensure the accuracy and adequacy of the material, information and services supplied, and any material, information and services provided from time to time, no responsibility will be accepted for any loss occasioned to any person as a direct or indirect result of any material, information or service provided.

The customer accepts this as fair and exonerates Southcourt Property Services in the event of any complaint or legal action.
8. LEGAL JURISDICTION
Legal action may be taken against any person/s who infringe/s these Terms and Conditions. To the extent possible under applicable law, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
