Terms of Business
The Complete Business Package is supplied on the basis of these Terms of Business and any Schedule attached thereto and no variation of the same is accepted unless expressly agreed in writing by Southcourt Property Management. Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms of Business.
1. RIGHT TO REFUSE
Southcourt Property Management reserves the right to refuse to accept any order received from any person/s or organisation without explanation.
2. NO SELLING OR GIFTING
All materials and information provided may be used solely by the purchaser in connection with their own letting agency business and/or their own property or properties. No part may at any time be sold, resold, gifted, passed on, transferred, licenced, or possession parted with in any way to any other person/s or organisation without the express written permission of Southcourt Property Management.
3. CONFIDENTIALITY
The purchaser agrees to keep confidential and not disclose to any person/s or organisation not connected with their own letting business or their own property or properties, all information, working methods, marketing techniques, trade secrets and systems that are learned through the operating manual, documentation, software, support line, update services, and referral network supplied.
4. SEPARATE ENTITY
Any business that the purchaser sets up will be a separate legal entity to Southcourt Property Management. The trading name must not include the word 'Southcourt'.
5. COPYRIGHT
All material and information supplied is protected by copyright. Any copying, reproduction, transmission or distribution of all or any part of the material or information supplied by any means whatsoever including electronic without the express written permission of Southcourt Property Management is strictly prohibited. All rights are reserved worldwide.
6. DISCLAIMER
The Complete Business Package has been compiled, written and produced with the intention of providing a convenient and fast track entry route into the business of residential letting and property management, and is based on the publisher's own experience in the business. The publisher is not a solicitor and the material is not intended as a detailed commentary on any law, and should therefore not be acted upon without taking specific legal advice.
