A special starter version is available FREE of charge exclusively to Southcourt clients

...and can be used for as long as you choose - there is no requirement to upgrade unless you wish to do so. If desired this system can be expanded to network on up to 5 computers in one office, so ideal for the single branch agency.

Letting Agency Management and Accounting Software

This professional property management software is suitable for any letting agency, or other business, that manages rental properties on behalf of landlords.

In addition to day to day letting agency processes, it has all the standard bookkeeping functions that you would expect to see in an accounting software package, such as full sales, purchase and nominal ledgers, and is fully-integrated property management software

This means that you don't need to export your data to another accounting software package, such as Sage, to finish off your bookkeeping because all the functions you need are contained within the system itself.
